• Each plant is carefully nurtured through to full maturity. This can take up to 8 years!
• Prior to harvesting, plants are shaded for several weeks. This helps to produce a superior flavour whilst maximising health benefits and nutritional value.
• Only young and delicate leaves are harvested for our matcha, which are then steamed, dried, graded and ground to a fine powder, before being sealed in our air tight containers for maximum freshness.
